Spring is bursting to life here on the farm… and we are so grateful to share it with you.
What a beautiful, joy-filled weekend we had at our Easter Egg Hunt and Self-Guided Farm Tour!
Seeing over 100 of you come out, bundled up in the chilly weather, laughing, exploring, and making memories—it truly meant so much to us.
From little ones gathering eggs to families meeting the animals and soaking in the peace of the farm… it was everything we hoped for and more.
We are already looking forward to doing it again next year.
Our mama goats have been busy… and we are celebrating new life!
We are so proud of both of these mamas.
Raising triplets is no small task, but they are doing beautifully—everyone is healthy, growing, and thriving.
And we’re not done yet…
So yes… we are entering full-on baby season here at Promiseland Farm
We are now offering:
Our 30 baby chicks were such a hit at the Easter Egg Hunt!
Were trying out a dual-purpose bird for laying eggs and meat. They are growing so quickly and moved outdoors today into their own little "mobile coop" as temperatures climb. It’s always such a fun transition to watch them grow into their personalities.
My Agape kids have named all but one of them ...but now to tell them apart??
Its been a little slower making soaps this month for me with the babies here and mamas being dried up to prepare their bodies for birth However, we have restocked some of your favorite goat milk soaps, just in time for EASTER including:
You can order online for farm pickup or pickup at Believe Independent Training Center in Crystal Lake.
If you love alpacas in all their fluffy glory—this is your moment!
This is the last week to see them fully fleeced before shearing.
They’ll look completely different afterward, but shearing is essential to keep them comfortable through Midwest summers.
Book your alpaca tour with fluff or without!
Our Agape House teens continue to bless us so much.
They’ve been:
Watching them grow in confidence, creativity, and connection has been incredibly meaningful.
If you have a craft or talent that you'd be interested in sharing with us please reach out, we love guests here with the kids and animals.
This season always reminds me how much life is happening all at once—birth, growth, new beginnings… and the beauty of sharing it with others.
Whether you came out for the Easter event, booked a session, or simply follow along with us—thank you for being part of Promiseland Farm.
We truly couldn’t do this without you.
With gratitude,
Matt & Kellyann
