Paint our Paint Horse at Promiseland Farm

There is something special about standing quietly near a horse.

Their calm presence, gentle curiosity, and quiet strength have a way of slowing us down and drawing us into the moment.

We are excited to introduce another painting experience at Promiseland Farm: Paint the Horse, a guided art workshop led by local artist Karen Utley.

This beginner-friendly class combines creativity, nature, and the beauty of horses in a peaceful farm setting. We'll begin by spending time with the horses, observing their personalities, movement, and unique expressions before settling into a step-by-step painting session.

No artistic experience is necessary. Whether you've painted for years or haven't picked up a brush since grade school, Karen will guide you through creating a beautiful horse-inspired painting to take home.

• Friday, July 17th from 6-8 pm
• Located at Promiseland Farm, 2120 Lamb Road Woodstock, IL
• Cost is $45 per person - preregistration required.

This class is designed primarily for adults seeking a creative escape, though mature youth ages 12 and up are welcome with a participating parent or guardian.

We intentionally keep class sizes small so everyone receives personal instruction and enjoys meaningful interaction with the horses.
